PHOENIX -- The Arizona Better Business Bureau has received numerous complaints about the popular DVD rental company Redbox.
The complaints, according to BBB spokesperson Felicia Thompson, involve customers being charged late fees by Redbox despite their claims they returned the DVD on time.
The allegation is at the center of a class-action lawsuit against Redbox in which Attorneys claim the company has charged customers with more than $100 million in illegal late fees nationwide.
